Convert Error

Hi, i have newly installed vShare and codec software on the server root:
[root@server ~]# which ffmpeg
/usr/local/bin/ffmpeg
[root@server ~]# which mencoder
/usr/local/bin/mencoder
[root@server ~]# which mplayer
/usr/local/bin/mplayer
[root@server ~]# which flvtool2
/usr/bin/flvtool2
I am getting convert error after i had uploaded a video. It says: Your
video was successfully added!
Your video is currently being processed and will be available to view in a
few minutes.
But the conversion do not work.
What is wrong? i have tryed various video format.
CAn som1 please help?
