Tags not working?

Hi, not sure if it's a bug or somethng...
but...
my tags are not working, looks like only some of the tags have been generated.
please look at: http://www.7080.it/tags.php

only 6 tags have been generated...these are working...

but NO other tag have been generated...
select ANY video, (example: http://www.7080.it/view/159/the-knack-my-sharona/ )
it has a tag on its page, if you click on the tag (http://www.7080.it/tag/knack/ ) it says "video not found")

looks like the variables: {$popular_tags} and {$latest_tags} on my template/tags.tpl are not correct and only contain the frst 6 tags that have been generated...

any idea???

I have to add that at the moment ALL the videos are linked from youtube...
might this be related to my issue?
