I think it should be

I'm not sure if the quotes matter...they probably do since every "if" statement on the page has the quotes, but this one doesn't....and I know how important every little dot and dash is, so, I thought I'd mention it. This same thing might also be appearing in the "fresh download" which probably includes the youtube fix. Check your files.

After I put the quotes in, new videos quit going straight to "featured" status on one site that I was having this trouble on.
