AJAX ERROR MESSAGE

Hello,

I have a problem ! When i get to the video playing page, after few seconds two messages appear, one of them is Ajax error, and another few seconds later and says failure.

I have attached a picture for better understanding of this problem !

Unfortunately the problem is still there. I have attached two screenshots on this morning while I was experiencing the same error.

Just to mention that the error does occur when you try to play a video, but not always. Also to mention that I have complains from some users, that they cannot post comments because some errors. I thought that it has something to do with the internet browsers, so I was asking them what browsers they’re using, and some of them said they’re using Firefox, and some said internet IE. I use IE too. So I have no idea what the problem is.

Your help on this will be much appreciated !

Did you manage to find the problem? It's still there, and is quite frequent for me and for some of the users too.
