Autoplay Do not Work despite enables in Admin

Dear Sir,

I am having difficulties in my website of this feature. When a user wishes to see a movie, he would have to manually play every video he would like to view it.

I HAVE CHECKED AND CONFIRMED THAT THE FEATURE IS ENABLED IN ADMIN and it is enabled.

I don't know where is the problem and what should I do.

Please help ASAP.
