Video time and thumbnails

Hi,

I have a problem when i upload flv files.
The thumbnails are not good and some times there are not thumbnails for the video that i upload.
Also the time of the video is 0:00 for those videos.
Is there any solution for this problem?

What is the permission of folder thumb ? It should be 777.

Login to admin area

Site Settings > Miscellaneous > Create Thumbnail with

You have 3 options, select a different option and try upload a new video and see if thumbnails are created.

I'm having the same problem but there is no numbers where it says thumbnails and no way to put any in how can I fix this?
