Timezone Error

Hey guys,

I've recently transferred my database over and the transfer was successful, however the script is showing this Timezone Error:

Fatal error: date() [<a href='function.date'>function.date</a>]: Timezone database is corrupt - this should *never* happen! in /home/videos/index.php on line 20


The database has imported sucessfully, but I need some help in correcting this error.

[edit] - Problem solved.. not a script error, but rather a php.ini error.
