thumb won't creat

After updated 2.6 to 2.7 thumb won't create. It was good before.

I'm sure that not ffmpeg,mplayer or ffmpeg-php because I using clipshare, AVS script and social media script on same my own server. They working great. Please help.

In admin area, you can select what program to use for taking screen shot.

ffmpeg,mplayer or ffmpeg-php

Have you try all these ?
