    Default GOOGLE DOWNLOADE

    It would be nice to have an app like google has to be able to upload bigger files...IS there any plans on this?

    I have my copies set to upload to 500 Mb and I can go higher if I want.... it's ruled by your PHP settings, not by Vshare.

    haha. I can only imagine how fast you go through server space. I have full length movies that aren't 500 Mb. lol

    Your find that vShare control's the file size as well, if you open up your upload.tpl file and look at stage 2 of the upload section you will find a hidden setting which limits the upload to 100MB..

    Mind you I wouldn't have my file size set to 500MB... think about Bandwidth, CPU and Memory of the server you'd use trying to convert a file that size....

    where do I find this at I dont see anything in there about 100mb except the title.. I need to change this because we are uploading our local football games and they are bigger..

    i think i found it but it says
    "><input type="hidden" name="MAX_FILE_SIZE" value="1048576000

    how do i change that to say like 500mb?

    I jsut checked with my host apthost and seems they dont allow anything larger than 100mb.. said they might be able o increase to 150... where else can I host with that will allow for larger file sizes.. i relaly need this
