Default Time in MINUTES AND SECONDS

Who keeps track of time in seconds? I'd really reallly really really really like to see the seconds converted to minutes and seconds. I have to keep changing this with every update. IMHO the time only in seconds looks unprofessional.

There is a thread already started, please do a forum search and you will find it at

    viewtopic.php?t=88

In one part of the thread, I "recap" all the code in my post. Copy and paste it into a .txt document and keep it on your harddrive for future reference, especially when the next update comes out.
