User Chanel Personalization

I need a module for users to be able to personalize their channel as they wish, similar to the old you tube. ( the colours of each box from the user’s channel to be possible to be edited as the user want.
Also the personalized background picture and transparency future)

If someone can do that for my website, would be great, whatever the cost.
