Log in Problem

hi i have a problem with log in. i log in as admin and i get sign out every minute and have to log in again and again same problem with users. i cant do anything cant upload videos because it keeps signing out

The problem can be with php session on the server. If session get reset, you will get logout. This can happen if apache restart, server over load or wrong php.ini settings.

If you can provide site url, i can check the php settings.
