Default ERROR: Failed to find flength file

When i try to upload a video i get the error "ERROR: Failed to find flength file" then it redirects to another error
    Software error:

mkdir /templates_c: Permission denied at ubr_upload.pl line 111

I asked my hosting support (Bounceweb.com) they told that this issue is related to mod_security which is not installed on their servers here's my phpinfo phpinfo()
    Is there any alternatives?
    Thank you.

It look like permission problem. We provide ffmpeg hosting and host many vshare sites. You can see our hosting plans at

Change permission of following folders to 777

    cache
    chimg
    flvideo
    include
    photo
    templates_c
    templates
    thumb
    video

Set 755 permission of following folders and files

    cgi-bin
    cgi-bin/ubr_upload.pl

Upload a test video and check it working or not.
