Upload size change

ok i read the other posts saying how to change the upload size, well i did it but it still says

Max file size: 100 MB. No copyrighted or obscene material.
After uploading, you can edit or remove this video at anytime under the "My Videos" link on the top of the page.

how do i cahnge that 100mb to something else
