Progress Bar Not Working For 2.7 Version

Progress bar is enable but not working at all. Please help. Thanks

I've tried all the instructions and suggestions still I get "ERROR: Failed to find flength file"

I checked to see if PERL is working and I get a "Not Found, The requested URL /cgi-bin/ubr_upload.pl was not found on this server."

Please help.

Your web server need to configure to run per scripts. If per script is working on your server, you will see some thing like

http://video.bizhat.com/cgi-bin/ubr_upload.pl

It look like you have not uploaded ubr_upload.pl to proper folder. In plesk servers cgi-bin is outside httpdocs, it depends on your server. Check if your host support perl scripts.

No luck. I moved ubr_upload.pl to the cgi-bin under the httpdocs directory. I chmod to 755. I checked and perl is installed. Open_dir is off....still not working. When i tried to pull up http://domain.com/cgi-bin/ubr_upload.pl a blank page appears. I used version 2.6 in another plesk/unix server (same type) and it works fine....but not working for 2.7.
