Problem processing .rm file

I have a .rm file which has been stuck in processing for 2 days now. Here is the log

Looks like some problem with thumbnail creation? How do I fix this?

Login to admin area

Site Settings > Miscellaneous > Create Thumbnail with

You have 3 options, select a different option and try upload a new video and see if thumbnails are created.

Thx for all the help. This is just one file that is having this issue. By changing my settings is it possible I might screw up the processing for all other files?
