Template Modifications

Is there a thread or a website that helps explain what each of the things in the CSS file is? What I want to do is customize my template on my site, but I'm a bit flummoxed as to what each section of the CSS and main template is? I've tried to do a custom theme, but was really disappointed by the result because I didn't know what pointed to what.

You need to edit tpl files in template folder and style.css in css folder for custamizing vShare template.

eg : If you need to modify the header section, findout the "#header" from style.css and modify.

You must have the html and css knowledge for modifying the template.
