From my experience with this, it's a mail server issue or you don't have something set right.

What my problem was, it turned out that I had to wait for the DNS servers to fully resolve after creating the domain and on some hosts, it takes a while for the email servers to see it. When did you create the account on your host and add it to your account? May take up to 24 hours in some cases. Try it again after a while.
