Switching to another host

I'm gonna move to another server with my vshare so question is what should i do to have it all working ?

If your new server have cpanel, you can backup and restore on new server. Also Cpanel offer easy site transfer feature when logged in as "root", you can ask your web host or server admin to see if they can use WHM Transfer feature to do the site move. This is easy as entering your domain name, existing user name and password, click transfer button, in most case, it will work.

Other way is download files, upload to new server. Backup MySQL, restore on new server. Now set all file permissions, edit include/config.php, update the database and path (if changed)

I'm in the middle of transfer but i noticed problem with zend.
It looks like my server doesen't have zend installed and my question is is there any chance to avoid zend optimizer for
page work correctly or do i have to contact server provider and ask them to install it for me ?

You need to ask your server provider to install Zend.

They just replied that they don't have zend and will not install it on their virtual servers
