Install problems with Vshare admin logs into blank screen...

Your email address is not allowing me to send you mail.

here is the message I tried to send you:

I purchased the program. (from your website)
I created a sub domain. (under my quiet-waters domain)
I uploaded all files. ( from the vshare.zip)

Set folder permissions according to the install wizard you provided
with the program.

When it is done, it asked me for user name. (admin)
as well as a password (buyscripts).

All it does is take me to a blank screen.

I host all of my websites and our customer websites at:
digipark.com Before I purchased your script, I asked them if they support
the requirements and they said yes.

On Friday I sent a trouble ticket asking them if they could trouble
shoot the blank screen, and after they login the get the blank screen
too. Now they too are stumped.

So now it is Tuesday may 29th and I have un-installed and re-installed
everything over and over again and still I get the blank screen after
the admin login.

So now what do I do?

Oh I also want to remove the vshare logo and would gladly pay, just
let me have a link to where I can pay, to remove the vshare logo.

There is some error, you need to turn on error reporting in php configuration.

Also make sure all requirements are properly installed on your server

I can't see ffmpeg-php listed on your phpinfo. So other requirements may be missing.

If your web host do not support requirements, check http://www.hostonnet.com/ffmpeg_hosting.php for web hosting with all requirements of vshare.
