Installing on local machine for editing

Hi. Is it possible to install on my local machine for testing/editing. Or must I have the ffmpeg components installed too. I do not need the video functionality,just to be able to edit templates and test on my machine.

You can install on local machine. Put some wrong path for ffmpeg, mencoder, etc...
