Anyone help me how to disconnect the vHare MYSQL code in the server

Good Day, anyone help me how to disconnect the MYSQL on the server, i am having problem with it, i ask my host to change the value of it ask they modify the MYSQL values on there server, they said, it must be disconnected first then connect again after the incoding is complete,

Are u getting mysql error during video convertion ? Do you have the values set in php.ini ? If values are not proper video convertion too fail. As for mysql disconnection, mail me at install@hostonnet.com with your site logins, i can get it fixed if it is mysql time out only problem.
