Installation error in vshare2

When I try to install the vshare 2 (which I recieved today in my E-mail) it says:

Fatal error: Unable to read 4087 bytes in /home/******/public_html/vshare2/install/index.php on line 0

I checked the index.php file and its got some crazy text in it.

Just wondering since I received it in E-Mail, can I only upgrade it from vshare 1 to two or I can do an installation from scratch as well? I'd rather test it before upgrading it.

You can do fresh install if you need.

You need to reupload all files in BINARY mode.
