Failed opening required 'include/config.php'

Hello,

On a previous thread, I had trouble after I had to restore my files after a HDD failure. After setting the permissions correctly, it worked fine.

After leaving for a few hours, I come back, and now get this error message when I load the site:

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'include/config.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home2/tvblack/public_html/index.php on line 15

What happened? The config file is there, and is correctly written, transferred in binary mode. I also tried ASCII mode, but no good.

Please help!
