    Hello Support,
    I Use vshare_2.8.1, I found out. Problem ERROR: failed video conversion And not displayed.
    Help on how to fix it.

    Hi,

    Reconvert a video from Admin area, run the convert command on command prompt of the server and see if video get converted.

    If you have no command line access, ask your webhost to run it.
