youtube niche script

i just bought the youtube niche script. the main page is appearing fine but when i try to click on the keywords or a video im getting the following error

Not Found

The requested URL /video/atrL9CwBl-k/Uchi-Vaguntheduthu-Songs-by-Rosapoo-Ravikaikari-tamil-video-songs-download-video-song-mp3-free.html was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

try reuploading .htaccess file

This error is due to missing .htaccess file or .htaccess file support is disabled on the server.

how do i enable it on the server i got root acess and all
