When uploading a vid, the Date & Location Details used to be options.. and even says that it is optional. However, it will not allow me to upload a vid without entering data in the fields under Date & Location Details

When uploading a vid, the Date & Location Details used to be options.. and even says that it is optional. However, it will not allow me to upload a vid without entering data in the fields under Date & Location Details
You don't need to submit the 3rd page (the one ask the location and date). If you submit, you need to provide date and location.
