How to modify the youtube embed code to make it fullscreen??

Hi Friends,
Does anybody know how to change the "Youtube embed" code, I guess currently it's in one of the encrypted files. I guess at the time 2.6 version was released, Youtube embed code did not had a "fullscreen" option and so if you embed that code in your site you cannot play that video in full screen mode.

Currently the Youtube API allows you to play the embedded code in fullscreen mode but for that two parameters (allowfullscreenmode=true & fs=1) needs to be added to the embed code as explained in this link:

I would really appreciate if someone can tell how to do this or the admin can apply this patch to the 2.6 release and release that file that everyone can use as this is a very important feature.
