Waiting on blank page after upload for conversion to finish

With uber-uploader enabled when you upload a large file and the progress bar gets to 100% uploaded you are redirected to a blank uber-uploader page and the converting to FLV starts. The user then has to wait for however long this takes before the upload_success pages comes up.

After upload has finished it should take the user right to the upload_success page and do the converting in the background.

I noticed that even if the user leaves the site while the blank uber-uploader converting proccess is happening the video still gets converted and added to there videos.

I agree with the observation - I've had feedback on this.
