Upload Bar stops at 500 kb

Hello,

I have a Vshare installed on ffmpeg server. All the codecs are installed corectly.
When i upload a video (> 2Mb) , the upload bar begins and when it reaches 450 kb or sometimes 500 kb it blocks.And stays at 500 kb. The video will be converted wih only 500 kb , about 2 seconds from the video file. That problem appeared yesterday but vshare worked fine till now :(

I tried to find a solution but no luck. uu_default_config.pm is configured corectly.

When i disable upload bar the video uploads in full length, but appears like this in video directory: video.AVI.avi. In rezult convert error, file not found.

Please help. The admin could find a solution for me . Thank you very much!

Are you running on your own dedicated server or a shared hosting provider? Did you change your upload limit in the PHP.ini file?

Vshare is on a ffmpeg share hosting account. And i change the upload limit to 200 MB with htaccess.
