Square Character appears around words

Hi everyone,

please can someone help me to get rid of Square characters that have started to appear on my site.

They can be seen in the Tags section of the Front Page http://www.admad.tv and the Watch Page http://www.admad.tv/recent/

Any help would be much appreciated,

Seems its your database character set issue - check if it is UTF-8 (I dont remember the exact name)
