HD support
Hi,
What would be nice on vshare is an HD function (High Definition).
Example, if you tick HD when you upload a video, it will be converted to HD and LD (low-definition) in order to be able to see a "poor" quality video (if you have a bad internet connexion) and a "HD" version if you have a good internet connexion.
Because many videos will be HD in the future, because HD videos are so beautiful that you won't see any LD video after watching HD and because HD videos interest more and more people :)
Yes, it took many space on hard disk an HD video but, there won't a lot of people that would upload HD video because it takes a long time to upload and convert, and also only few peoples owned a HD cam or HD componment.

Re: HD support
You can actually do this today. Simply change your encoding parameters to a higher bit rate and larger resolution. Then, upgrade your flash player from the default included with vShare to version 4. When someone watches a video, the player will stream at HD. If they choose to watch lower quality, they can click on the player and choose "Low Quality." The player will then down convert the video automatically. Technically, "HD" is nothing more than a higher bit encoding rate (so that there is less lost picture) and a higher resolution (in TV terms, from 640 x 480 to 1280 x 720 minimum) so you really only need one source (the highest resolution). From there, the player can control the playback. This is how all of the tube sites with high-quality video do it.

Re: HD support
I'm ok with you on this point.
But, it would be nice to have an extra link in vshare to view all the HD videos.
For it, you need to tick HD video or to make a code that check if the video is HD one and put this stuff in a row in the database.
Simple work i think and great feature but not the most important at this time.
