Please switch order of Remote/PC Upload Screens

While I'm sure the development team already have their hands full, one SIMPLE usability feature upgrade would be to place the URL or File Browser for the Uploader *FIRST*, meaning users should specify where a video comes from BEFORE having to fill all the video details.

One comment from some real users on my site was that, after filling in all their video's info, some small error happened, or they got distracted, and then when trying to complete the upload they had lost their data and had to start over. This is a big frustration and I think it limits how much some ppl are willing to upload and contribute. :!:

If possible, could the Uploader either be all contained on ONE PAGE or... reverse the order so the File Path (or URL for Remote Upload) appears first, then the video's information input form...:idea:
