changing drives for my tube site

I would like to change the hard drive that my tube site uploads to. Are there any instructions on how to do this?

You will need to edit include/config.php to update new folder path.

I just looked at the include/config.php and do not see anything that I can edit to change the path of the video uploads. any other suggestions? What would you charge to do it for me?
