What Does This Mean ? You are currently saturating your servers uplink connection ..

Hello,

I have a dedicated server with Hostgator
I run only 4 sites of which 3 are useless and only 1 site is with traffic.

I'm unable to connect via FTP, I get this message in Filezilla:

Error: Connection timed out

I contacted the host and they replied:
