Feature Videos Request Options

Hello Everyone.....

In regards to the featured video requests, I think it would be a good idea to have the user to pay to feature their video(s) on the main page. It would be an option in the Packages created by the Administrator. Also, so that each featured
video gets the same exposure, they should rotate evenly on the main page with a link to more featured
videos. The Administrator should be able to indicate in the Administration section how many videos they
want to rotate on the main page.

Just a suggestion.....
