Conversion Error

My site only takes flash videos (.flv) after I upgraded to the latest flash player all other video extensions ei .avi are shooting out errors. The videos uploaded but not playing. Queue shows error and the "Return value" shows nothing. Please help

Return value:

Run the command from a shell and see if it gives you any errors. Do you run your own server or are you on shared hosting? Upgrading your flash player would have nothing to do with video conversions, BTW.

When i run the codes on the command line. The video converted and played without problems. Why isn't videos playing when users upload?
