Cannot Finnish Install

Hi

I installed but cannot finish because i get this message:

ERROR: Unable to execute query

SELECT * from signup where username='' and pwd=''No database selected

I think this by be due to my config file but i dont know where i'm going wrong, my config file looks like this:<?
