Redirect User after Login

Admin Panel Option: I'd like to be able to choose where to send a user after they login.

I would like them to go to either the welcome page or the front page, rather than their profile page (doing so only makes the "view count" go up which affects statistics....all I'd have to do is sit there and mash the f5 key a billion times to make my profile the most viewed). Each time they log in, their count goes up. I'd really like them to go to the "welcome" page where it asks what you'd like to do next.
