installation went smoothly but on first upload of video on the final step i get a 404 error

Found the answer... i did not have sufficient cgi-bin permissions... submitted to host.
that error went away with the permissions and this one follows
ERROR: Failed to mkdir /home/web/vshare/templates_c/: No such file or directory
*this path seems to be wrong for this code* /home/web ???? where can this be changed ???
any thoughts ?
getting closer.... edited the paths in the uudefaultconfig.pm in cgi-bin and that let me upload but now the result page on upload is a page cannot be displayed.

got it to work... the paths in that one php file in the cgi-bin directory all need to be changed.... surprising this is not part of the install script....
correction that one config file uu_default_config.pm
