The problem of uploading is getting worse, I am having to upload almost every video twice to get it on my site. I get a page that says my video is being processed and will be available shortly, not happening. I am getting email from users asking why their vid is not on the site, they uploaded and got this message thinking it will be there shortly. I have hundreds more vids to add to the site and I don't want to do everyone of them twice. Any help out there?
This is mostly caused by server problem.

Alright, I did my best to follow the advice in the post, but that debug.txt file is over 150MB and I am having trouble finding something that will open the file on my computer.
We are set up on the host that is promoted by buyscripts (hostonnet I believe is the name of it), so I would imagine that they are properly set up for hosting the youtubeclone script.
Thanks for any additional information you guys can provide me.

Do you have the cronjob set ? What is the status of the video in your admin area ?
