mp4 or avi not playing BIG ERROR

Hello,

I upload video file to my site why stop at 98% or 99% please tell me

vShare Supported video formats are wmv, mpg,avi,mpeg,asf, mov,rm,dat,3gp,mp4

I use mp4, avi with xilisoft Video Converter Ultimate 6 general video format > Mp4, avi or HD video > mp4, avi why not working?

You need to fix the BIG ERROR in vShare software
