Man that site has some awesome video! You are really doing a great job there. The navigation is harsh to say the least and the home page. Please get something in there. It needs at least a strip of video between those adverts. I get that huge top nav and then the two wide google adverts. It is actually quite awful.

You site is focused and filled with great content. Get that front page looking a little more active with video and you have a winner.
