I am looking to move server hosts and the requirements of Vshare are for Zend optimizer. My host supports Zend Guard Loader...Will this be a problem?

I am looking to move server hosts and the requirements of Vshare are for Zend optimizer. My host supports Zend Guard Loader...Will this be a problem?
latest version of vshare do not require zend. If you are using older version, it won't work with Zend Guard.
