need help asap, pls

I hav upgraded it all to 2.4

now I got 2 big issues:

1st flash player does not appear, I'm requested to get flash player

using IE u can see this error in the botom left, it says: SWFObject is not defined

2 nd: I cannot restore admin password, after clicking reset password form, I get this error: Unable to execute queryTable 'videoann_vids.verify_password' doesn't exist

I know I have already wrote this somewhere in this forum, but I can assure to have upgraded everytime from older to newer, in this order:

from 20070508 to 20075030 to 20070625 to 20070712 to 20070730 to last one 2.4 (I didn't need to read them again, I get them in my memory)
