    Default Migration to another server error

    Hello,


    I moved the site to another server.


    I receive Errors:


    1. After user upload the video does not receive the message, they get the upload page again. Video is upload but conversion not finished.


    2. Video player not working in Firefox:
    Error loading player:
    No playable source found


    Can someone help me, please?

    Today I receive mesage to my ticket:

    response for my first problem
    You must enable exec() function, for video conversion.

    response for my second problem
    I not received

    can someone help me?

    how can I enable exec() ?
    how can I do Video player to working in Firefox ?


    I use cloud server
    I do not receive help from my the hosting

    Ok, my first problem I resolved, but I receive a message after convert, this is:

    this is first message

    Cannot find HOME directory.
    MPlayer svn r34540 (Ubuntu), built with gcc-4.6 (C) 2000-2012 MPlayer Team
    Terminal type `unknown' is not defined.

    this is to finally message

    Running flvtool2: /usr/bin/flvtool2 -U /.../.../.../.../.../penticostal_es/flvideo/4ca4238a0b/1411018312427860559.flv
    UPDATE `process_queue` SET `status`='6' WHERE `id`='182'
    ERROR: failed video conversion.

    How can I do to remediate this?
