Groups discusion topics

In the old version, we have had the possibility to post topics in groups section. In the new version 2.7 I did not see that option.

Could someone explain, is that missing ? was the script modified to exclude that future, or it needs to be activated from somewhere. I have checked the demo version and it’s not available also.
