changing the user profile display

I would like to NOT show the real name of users when their profile page is displayed. Where is this exact layout controlled in v2.7?

Oops got it. user.tpl was the same file I had trouble finding on my other site.

The top right hand corner of RxWorks displays the name of the user profile currently logged into RxWorks.

Clicking on this feature will:

Display the clinic which a user is currently using.
Allow a user to quickly change the clinic they are logged in to.
Display the stock location for the current clinic login.
Allow a user to change the required stock location for the current clinic login.
Allow a user to quickly access their user profile and make any authorized edits.
Allow a user to log out of RxWorks.
