Very simple way to move the watermark on the video to wherever you want it:
Make a TRANSPARENT png file, of the same size as your video player.
Put the watermark whever you want on the png file, and that's where it will appear on the video.

So..., what happens if the user resize the player to full screen?. I think that the watermark won't be resized and will remain at center of video. Does it is? :?

for put watermark on video, need used spec tools for encoding video with watermark, for example, i'm use Watermark Master. Very simple. Try also..
