I went for an easier solution. I just installed vshare in a subdirectory and then put the warning page as the index file in the root. Probably not what you're looking for, but it works for me.

Alternatively you can simply rename your index.php file to something like index2.php and create a new index.php file with the landing page.
I tested that out on v2.4 and it worked like a charm, not sure about the new versions, I stopped upgrading a while ago. LOL
Note, if you are changing to index2.php, make sure you reflect that in header.tpl.
Find this line in your .htaccess file:
Change this to:Code:RewriteRule ^$ index.php
Then for your ENTER button or link, link to the index.php file. :)Code:RewriteRule ^$ landingpage.html
